Starting in 2008, previous 2007 Shelby GT500 Mustangs could be sent to Carroll Shelby’s Special Performance Plant in Las Vegas Nevada to be rebuilt into a Super Snake, for an additional cost of $27,995. The Super Snake will offer a 605 hp (451 kW) (at the engine) 5.4 L. A Kenne Bell twin-screw supercharged version with “over 725 hp” will also be available, without warranty and offer a 0–60 mph runs in 3.5 to 3.7 seconds. The Ford Mustang is one car that has never run out of innovative ideas to augment its popularity as a legend. The 2012 Ford Mustang GT Blue Angels Edition is the culmination of the numerous modern concepts that can be incorporated into the Mustang design. The newly designed car is scheduled for auction at the Gathering of Eagles charity auction during the Experimental Aircraft Association 2011 AirVenture Oshkosh, the world’s greatest aviation celebration. Proceeds of the auction are intended for the Young Eagles Organization.

Here’s a couple of concept we wish Ford would consider greenlighting to production asap.

The XB Falcon-based vehicles became as famous as the post-apocalyptic movie itself, and with a fourth entry in the franchise — Mad Max 4: Fury Road — in the works, Top Gear Australia challenged designers to build a modern-day interpretation of those cars. The concept cars seen in the video below represent the work of designers Nima Nourian and Simon Brook.

Ford Italy closed the month of March 2010 with 32,052 units and registered a market share of 12.4%, further consolidating its historical position of best-selling foreign brand in Italy. Above all, the Blue Oval house holds the record for market share in recent decades in our country.

In the first quarter, Ford has grown in sales volume by 37% with 74,998 units registered, gaining a market share of 11, 2%. Needless to say, the Fiesta has confirmed the best-selling foreign car in Italy (19,547 units in March and 45,788 in the quarter, shares of 7.6% and 6.8% respectively). Read the rest of this entry »

This is a prototype of a new engine with 3 cylinders Iceboats 1 liter engine, very interesting models for the future of the American home. The prototype anticipates a global city car with refined design, with LED lighting and connectivity to next generation on-board door to debut the fact My Ford Mobile technology concept that will handle the duties of board with a smart phone plugged into a dock . Following the presentation of the new Focus organized under the Detroit show, Ford is expected to come to Geneva with the restyled version of its redesigned Mondeo, even if it looks already on its planned successor in the coming years.
