The struggling car maker has sold its Hummer brand, known as gas-guzzlers to Chinese industrial enterprises.

Hummer General Motors has sold to Chinese industrial enterprises. AA similar agreement was signed on Friday in Detroit as GM and the company Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery communicated. Accordingly Tengzhong takes a share of 80 percent of lobsters. The remaining 20 percent goes to an investor from Hong Kong, Suolang Douji, which in turn holds a large stake in Tengzhong.
